We engage in an initial discussion to understand your specific needs and requirements.

Testing and Trial

To ensure AuroTrap is the right fit for you, we often recommend starting with a small number of traps for testing purposes.

Alternatively, you can opt to “borrow” the traps for a predefined period to assess their effectiveness in your unique environment.

3.

Onboarding

Once you decide to proceed as an AuroTrap customer, we create your profile in our backend system.

You will receive comprehensive instructions on how to use our user-friendly app and web portal.

4.

Billing and invocing​

Our accounting team ensures your account is set up efficiently in our financial system, e-conomic.

Invoices for your AuroTrap solution are generated and sent to you for payment.

5.

Ongoing Support and Ordering

Our commitment to you doesn’t end with the sale. We are here to provide ongoing support.
